Condiciones Premium

1. Who you contract with

2. What Premium includes

Premium unlocks interactive features in The Million Project Member Space for the account registered with your email address: liking, commenting and voting. Reading the feed stays free for everyone.

We may develop the Member Space further. If we remove a core feature listed above, you can cancel with immediate effect and we refund the unused part of the current month.

3. Price and payment

You choose the monthly amount yourself on the order page, at least the minimum shown there. The amount you choose is shown again before you order and is the price of your membership. It is charged monthly in advance, first on the day you order and then on the same day of each following month.

Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA direct debit). If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. Premium access stays active during the retries and ends if the payment cannot be collected.

4. Term and cancellation

The membership runs month by month. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the month you have paid for. There is no minimum term and no notice period.

Cancel with the button "Cancel contracts here" at the bottom of every page of this site, or by email to connect@themillionproject.org. You receive a confirmation by email straight away.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and a model withdrawal form are on the page "Right of withdrawal". You can withdraw with the button "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page.

If you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund everything you paid, including the days you already used.

6. Not a donation

Premium is a paid membership with features in return. It is not a donation, and we do not issue donation receipts (Zuwendungsbestätigungen) for it.

7. Community rules

The Member Space community guidelines apply. If you seriously or repeatedly break them, we can suspend interactive features. If we end the membership for this reason, we refund the unused part of the current month.

8. Data protection

We use your name and email address to run the membership, unlock your account and send contract emails. Stripe processes your payment details. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes

We are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
